These cards are what were left after I cut out its hands for use in other works. While those hands created something new, I tried to cover certain parts of the room in the way a former tenant would have left them behind.

The room, which could look like it’s falling apart, is in the same state as the card left behind - both occupied by something former. I wanted both things to share the same space, a space which was maybe full of memories and milestones.

This is just an attempt to find and make meaning using spaces. I asked Lou to not send me pictures of the possible exhibition locations. I told him I’d feel and figure it out during the installation.
